Refund policy

30-Day Returns You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Please notify us within that period and send the item back within 14 calendar days after your return notice. To start a return, email support@mavorely.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Returns are made by mail or courier to this address. Please include your order number or other information that allows us to identify your purchase. Keep your proof of postage.

Return Conditions For our voluntary 30-day return offer, items should be unused, unworn, and returned with their original tags and supplied accessories. Please use the original packaging where reasonably available, or suitable protective packaging.

These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights. When exercising a statutory withdrawal right, a deduction may apply only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning, where permitted by law.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Change of Mind: For a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by you, or an item you no longer want, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods to Spain.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If we sent an incorrect item, or the goods arrived damaged or are defective, we cover the necessary return shipping costs. Contact us so we can arrange a prepaid label or another suitable return method.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please contact us promptly at support@mavorely.com when you discover a problem and provide your order details and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

Refund Processing For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, we will inspect the returned goods and issue any refund due within 5 business days after receiving them. Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. We do not charge a refund fee. For voluntary change-of-mind returns outside the statutory withdrawal period, original delivery charges are not refunded.

European Union Right of Withdrawal Where the EU right of withdrawal applies, you may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Send a clear withdrawal statement to support@mavorely.com or the postal address above. You do not need prior approval. You must return the goods within 14 calendar days after notifying us. We will reimburse the payments required by law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered, within 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

Exchanges For a different size or product, contact us for assistance. You can return an eligible item and place a new order.

Order Cancellation Contact us promptly at support@mavorely.com if you wish to cancel before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, you may return it under this policy.
